With expertise spanning digital transformation and the integration of artificial intelligence into clinical ecosystems, Sheela has led regional initiatives that optimize operations, strengthen governance frameworks, and support sustainable business growth across diverse ASEAN markets. 

Combining deep scientific expertise with strong commercial acumen, she advises healthcare and life sciences organisations on strategic planning, market expansion, and deploying emerging technologies successfully. Sheela holds a PhD and PMP certification and is currently completing her MBA.
